I love Pappy’s Choice Seasoning. They are somewhat local – in the central valley. Many of the area grocery stores carry them.
My favorite way to cook tri tip roast is in the oven and in a bag. It is cooking now in the oven and smells great. We will have beef gravy to go over the potatoes.
