I have seen the new Kraft Fresh Take mixes/coating in the store for the last few weeks. It went on sale for $2.99 a bag, regular was $3.99. I bought the Cheddar Jack and Bacon. What I did not realize is that it can be used for Pork and Fish.
I used boneless Chicken Thighs. I do not care for dark meat, but the rest of the family thought it was pretty good
