Bacon Spinach Quiche
1 pkg. deep dish pie crust
2/3 C. half and half or evaporated milk
½ of 3 oz bag of Real Bacon Bits (found on the salad dressing isle)
1 C. thawed, drained frozen spinach
2 C.Monterey. Cheddar or Swiss Cheese
Separate deep dish pies and set aside. Either put one back on freezer or double recipe and use both.
Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add milk and beat till blended. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Cover with tin foil and bake at 400° for 30 – 38 min or until set.
Crust less Version
Alternative method (I double recipe for this) – Prepare as above. Line 9×13 glass dish with Reynolds Non-Stick aluminum foil. Pour mixture into baking dish. Cover with tin foil. Bake as above.
